In praise of coffee

For the longest time, I used to drink "instant" all through the day. Then I stopped.

Why? Partly because one of Hong Kong's big supermarket chain stores on a little island in the South China Sea starting selling Melitta Italian Gourmet Medium-Strong Roast.

That, coupled with the fact I stumbled on a knock-off of an Italian expresso maker in one of the local hardware stores here on the island. Amazing.

Now I kickstart the day with a cup or two and then that's it, finito for the day!
