Bob Dylan: Town Hall, New York City, New York, 12 April, 1963
In the spring of 1963, a couple of weeks short of his 22nd birthday and the release of his second album, The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan, the singer-songwriter performed at the Town Hall, NYC.
The concert was professionally taped and scheduled for release . . . but Dylan's musical progress was so rapid that the 1963 concert was soon viewed as of historical interest only, and duly shelved.
Now, thanks to the wonders of the interweb, that Friday night in New York City is available to one and all in two zip files. For yr listening pleasure: blog pc
